Important Court Information

The 2^nd Judicial Court family court will remain open. However, they are moving to a skeleton crew at the courthouse with others working remotely. The majority of cases scheduled for the next 30 days will be rescheduled. Our attorneys will send word to their clients if their case is affected by this change. The court understands the need for a quick resolution to domestic cases. Balancing this with the health and safety of all those involved, the court will only set hearings during this time which are determined to be an emergency.
